1million Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains the rules and conditions governing use of the 1million platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 1million platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1million as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The 1million platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1million platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Accounts registered using false information or another person's identity may be suspended or closed without prior notice.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1million will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from user negligence. Please contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Identity Verification

1million reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly during withdrawal processing or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Multiple Account Policy

Using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited. 1million reserves the right to forfeit all associated balances and bonuses upon detection of such violations, without any obligation to notify the user in advance.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 1million platform user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate game outcomes or attack platform systems.
  • Engaging in any action that disrupts, damages, or negatively affects the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.
  • Attempting to access unauthorised areas of the platform, including databases or admin systems.
  • Sharing or transferring your account to a third party for any reason.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, as well as appropriate legal action. 1million reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the 1million platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit and withdrawal methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, bank transfer, and other methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit. The available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.

Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by 1million and may vary depending on the payment method and the user's VIP tier. Current limit information is displayed in the account section after logging in.

Processing Time

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated at the time of request, depending on the chosen method and any verification requirements that may apply. 1million is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.

Refunds & Disputes

All deposits credited to a gaming account are final and non-refundable, except under circumstances determined by 1million. Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits, Account Closure & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

1million is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 1million makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption.

Account Suspension & Closure

1million reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or unlawful activity. For accounts closed on valid grounds, any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the investigation is complete. Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to automatic closure under 1million's current policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1million platform — including text, images, logos, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 1million or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, display, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The 1million platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment operators. 1million is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

1million reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
